"Theatre Outings" has two convenors who share various aspects of organisation and planning for the group.

Theatre trips are organised on the basis of what will appeal to the majority. Visits are announced at the monthly meetings, by email and on the website. The cost always includes ticket, travel and driver's tip.  Bookings are on a first come, first served basis. Transport to and from theatres is by coach departing from the bus stop outside the Coach and Four public house in Wilmslow. Departure times vary but are always notified by email [or telephone where necessary] to the members who have booked a ticket.

It is critical that members are at the bus stop by the time notified to ensure prompt departure.
